Fairmont and Willow Stream Spa e-GIFT CARD PROMOTION
RULES & REGULATIONS
The Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and Willow Stream Spa electronic gift card promotion will take place on Wednesday May 4, 2022 between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Daylight Savings Time (“EDT”).
To be eligible to receive a bonus e-gift card purchasers must first purchase one or more Fairmont Hotels & Resorts (“FHR”) or Willow Stream Spa (“WSS”) e-gift cards online. Each brand-specific e-gift card purchase must be completed separately, up to a maximum purchase value of $5 000 CAD, USD, EUR or GBP (per credit card, per brand-specific shopping cart. Upon approved qualifying purchase the purchaser will receive a separate bonus e-gift card worth 20% of the value and currency of the brand-specific e-gift card(s) purchased up to the maximum purchase value per customer credit card, per shopping cart. Maximum eligible bonus per brand-specific purchase, per customer credit card is $1 000 CAD, USD, EUR or GBP.

Promotion Terms & Conditions:
a) In order to receive a Bonus e-Gift Card a participant must spend a minimum of $25 CAD, USD, EUR or GBP on a FHR or WSS e-gift card.
b) Fairmont and Willow Stream Spa plastic gift card purchases do not qualify for the Bonus e-Gift Card.
c) Bonus e-Gift Cards will have a maximum value of $1 000 CAD, USD, EUR or GBP even if a shopping carts’ total checkout spend exceeds the $5 000 CAD, USD, EUR or GBP maximum purchase value.
d) Bonus e-Gift Cards are issued in currency of purchase.
e) Maximum of one Bonus e-Gift Card per credit card.
f) Individual e-gift cards may be purchased for any value between $25 and $2 000 CAD, USD, EUR or GBP.
g) Multiple e-gift cards of a specified brand, of varying amounts may be purchased in a single shopping cart.
h) FHR Bonus e-Gift Cards can be redeemed toward Fairmont managed charges including, accommodations, dining, spa services, leisure activities and more.
i) Willow Stream Spa Bonus e-Gift Cards can be redeemed toward WSS services or merchandise purchased at Willow Stream Spa Boutiques.
j) Bonus e-Gift Cards do not expire.
Bonus e-Gift Cards must be accepted as issued and are not redeemable for cash. Electronic cards are not refundable, nor exchangeable for physical gift cards.
This promotion is open to Visa, MasterCard® or American Express® cardholders residing in all countries other than: Belarus, Burma, Congo, Cuba, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Nigeria, North Korea, Philippines, Rwanda, Serbia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Zimbabwe.
Accor Management Canada Inc., reserves the right in its sole discretion to withdraw, terminate or modify all or any part of this promotion, if for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including technical failure or corruption, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, error, legal proceedings and or any risk which, in the opinion of Accor Management Canada Inc. affects the administration, security, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion.
By accepting a Promotional Gift Card all recipients agree to abide by these official rules and regulations and the decisions of Accor Management Canada Inc. shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.
General Release: By accepting a Bonus e-Gift Card, all recipients hereby release Accor Management Canada Inc. and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners and agents from any liability whatsoever, or any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the promotion or the with the acceptance, possession or use of any promotional e-gift card (Including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light).
